KIDS CONNECTION – VOLUME 015

Sunday Recap

1st-5th grade:

We had a great time talking about the story of Joshua! We had some great conversation about if we thought it would be easy or difficult for us to wait 40 years to see God’s plan come to fruition. We talked about what makes a good leader and what types of leaders we’d like to be. We talked about things we might be scared to do, and how we can ask God for help in these situations. Students shared about trying a new sport, starting a new grade, or performing at a piano recital in front of lots of people.

PreK-K

We talked about Daniel and how he was rescued from the Lions’ Den. Kiddos were surprised when they heard God shut the mouths’ of the hungry lions. Kids enjoyed playing and coloring their illustration of Daniel being rescued. We talked about doing what was right even if no one was watching as well!
