In Psalm 116, David recalls a troubling season of life, where sorrow overshadowed salvation and death seemed much closer than deliverance. In recounting God’s rescue and redemption in his life, David then pivots to praising God. He seeks a way to live his life as a thank offering to God for the graciousness and deep blessing he had received.

We, too, face troubling seasons, deep trials, and moments of acute crisis. And we have also been rescued and redeemed through the gracious work of Jesus Christ.

Join us for Psalm 116, as we remember our own seasons of struggle while being reminded that we are never alone. Like David, we will ask the question of how we might live in response to the incredible blessing we have in Jesus.
