In the church, we’re really good at describing what we believe about God – we call that our theology. The book of James reminds us that our beliefs are lifeless unless we take that theology and put it into action. As he writes, “faith without works is dead” (2:17).

In this series, we will explore many aspects of putting our theology into motion, like how to deal with real suffering and pain in life, being intentional about what we say, treating others with respect, caring for the forgotten, and having patience.
